1. Platform: The TrueChance digital platform in all its forms, including but not limited to the website, systems, databases, algorithms, artificial intelligence models, APIs, interfaces, infrastructure, and any present or future technological components.
2. TrueChance: A Saudi technology company headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating as a technology-based platform utilizing artificial intelligence for professional interviews, evaluation, and talent matching.
3. User: Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform, including but not limited to:
   • Job seekers
   • Talent recruiters
   • Companies and employers
4. Services: All services provided by TrueChance, including AI-powered voice interviews, automated evaluation, scoring, ranking, profiling, matching, and talent search functionalities.
5. Interview: A professional interview conducted exclusively through artificial intelligence, using voice-based interaction only, without any video or camera usage.
6. Data: Any information provided by the User or generated through the use of the Platform, including but not limited to voice data, textual responses, behavioral indicators, analytical outputs, scores, and derived insights.

Section 2: Legal Nature of the Platform

1. TrueChance is a technology platform only and shall not be construed as:
   • An employer
   • A recruitment agency
   • An employment broker
   • A decision-making authority in hiring
2. TrueChance does not participate in, influence, or control hiring decisions.
3. All employment decisions are made solely and exclusively by third-party companies.
4. Any interaction, communication, or agreement between a User and a company occurs outside the scope of TrueChance's responsibility.

Section 3: Scope and Function of the Services

1. The Platform provides AI-based tools that:
   • Conduct voice-based interviews
   • Analyze responses algorithmically
   • Generate scores, rankings, and compatibility indicators
2. The outputs generated by the Platform are:
   • Analytical in nature
   • Indicative, not determinative
   • Subject to continuous development and refinement
3. TrueChance may, at its sole discretion:
   • Display evaluation results to companies
   • Share selected responses that enhance candidate profiles
4. The Platform does not guarantee:
   • Employment
   • Interview progression
   • Acceptance or selection by any company

Section 4: AI-Based Interviews and Automated Processing

1. All interviews conducted on the Platform are:
   • Fully automated
   • AI-driven
   • Voice-based only
   • Free from human intervention
2. By using the Platform, the User explicitly consents to:
   • Automated processing
   • Algorithmic evaluation
   • Behavioral and linguistic analysis
3. The User acknowledges that:
   • Outputs may vary based on data, model updates, or system improvements
   • TrueChance makes no representation that AI-generated results are flawless, exhaustive, or error-free.

Section 5: No Guarantee and Acknowledgment of Limitations

1. The User acknowledges and agrees that:
   • Results are probabilistic and not absolute
   • Evaluations reflect system-generated interpretations
2. TrueChance does not guarantee:
   • Accuracy
   • Completeness
   • Suitability for a specific job
3. Any reliance on Platform outputs is made entirely at the User's own risk.

Section 6: Eligibility and Age Requirement

1. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are:
   • Eighteen (18) years of age or older
   • Legally capable of entering binding agreements
2. TrueChance reserves the right to:
   • Verify age
   • Suspend or terminate accounts
   • Delete associated data without prior notice or justification.

Section 7: User Accounts and Obligations

1. The User is solely responsible for:
   • The accuracy of submitted information
   • The authenticity of responses
   • The consequences arising from such data
2. The User shall not:
   • Provide false or misleading information
   • Impersonate another individual or entity
   • Manipulate or attempt to influence system outputs
3. Any violation grants TrueChance the absolute right to:
   • Suspend or terminate access
   • Remove data
   • Restrict future use permanently

Section 8: Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

1. The User explicitly acknowledges that:
   • All evaluations are generated through artificial intelligence
   • No human review is guaranteed
2. The Platform may contain:
   • Unintentional bias
   • Analytical limitations
   • Interpretive variability
3. TrueChance bears no liability for:
   • Model bias
   • Algorithmic limitations
   • Changes in evaluation logic over time

Section 9: Comprehensive Disclaimer of Liability

1. The User expressly acknowledges, agrees, and accepts that the use of the TrueChance Platform is undertaken entirely at the User's own risk, without any warranties, representations, or assurances of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
2. TrueChance, including but not limited to its owners, founders, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors, and service providers, shall not be liable for any consequence arising from:
   • Use or inability to use the Platform;
   • Reliance on any output, score, ranking, report, or recommendation generated by the Platform;
   • Any hiring, rejection, delay, or decision made by third-party companies;
   • Any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or misuse of the Platform outputs.
3. The Platform does not provide:
   • Career advice
   • Legal advice
   • Employment guarantees
   • Professional certifications.
4. Any expectation of outcome formed by the User is deemed unilateral and non-binding on TrueChance.

Section 10: Limitation and Exclusion of Claims

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User irrevocably waives any right to assert, initiate, or pursue any claim against TrueChance, whether based on:
   • Contract
   • Tort
   • Negligence
   • Strict liability
   • Misrepresentation
   • Statutory violation.
2. This waiver includes, without limitation, claims for:
   • Direct damages
   • Indirect damages
   • Consequential damages
   • Incidental damages
   • Loss of income or opportunity
   • Emotional or reputational harm.
3. Under no circumstances shall TrueChance be required to pay any form of compensation, refund, or damages, regardless of the theory of liability asserted.

Section 11: Free Temporary Service Model

1. The User acknowledges that the Platform currently operates under a temporary free-access model.
2. The free offering strictly includes:
   • One or more AI-based voice interviews;
   • Inclusion in the automated matching and recommendation process.
3. The free model does not include:
   • Personalized support
   • Manual review
   • Guaranteed visibility
   • Priority placement
   • Additional analytics or insights.
4. TrueChance reserves the unrestricted right to:
   • Modify the scope of the free services;
   • Introduce paid features
   • Discontinue free access entirely at any time and without prior notice.
